Chiropractic in Sydney

Hello Fellow

My blog today is about the competitiveness amongst Chiropractors in the big smoke called Sydney, now being the 7th most expensive city in the world to live in…dahh, we didn't need statistics to tell us that.
Anyway my dilemma having being a Chiropractor practicing in Europe for the past 6.5years is the competitiveness that consumers have to face with choosing healthcare. Specifically Chiropractic in Sydney, i would like to know what is the deciding factors that allow them to choose a Chiropractic Provider?
Obviously word-of-mouth referal has been and probably will be the most prevalent and strongest mode of referral. But what about the patient that has never heard or never been to a Chiropractor in Sydney, from what i can see Google seems to be there next point of contact in making the informative decision.
My question and closing to keep my post short and sweet is is it the flashy website? the savvy verbage used in the advertisements being high up in organic website listings? catchy adword (sponcered google ads)? a bargin voucher add or a elaborate offline advertisement be in newspaper,flyer or business card?
Im am very curious is finding out people thoughts on this matter…
